Across our network, staff and students share that our principals serve as encouraging cheerleaders who foster a deep sense of belonging and emotional support. From stepping in when students feel stuck academically to supporting staff professional development, our school leaders prioritize elevating student and staff voices so that ideas are both heard and actively implemented in our school communities.
