We are thrilled to highlight future educator and Distinctive alumni – TY LEE! Ty, a graduate of CICS Irving Park Class of 2018, was recently selected to receive a Golden Apple Scholarship to support his journey to becoming a teacher! Congratulations, Ty – we are so proud of your accomplishments!
Ty wrote a beautiful application for the scholarship, referencing the impact of the way his teachers built relationships and supported him as a middle school student. Ty named that his interest in teaching was rooted in the support he received from his CICS Irving Park family.
